On June 24, at his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Rhône-Alpes Regional Council Jean-Jack Queyranne said that business relations between regions favour strengthening of cooperation of Russia and France. He also noted partnership relations between Tatarstan and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
On June 24, at a business forum in Lyon (France), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan enterprises are interested in developing cooperation with French companies, and want to learn more about Rhône-Alpes region.
