On October 29 at a regional meeting of financial, treasury, and tax bodies Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that for 9 months of 2013 revenues were mobilized in the sum of 117,4 bln rubles. He added that we can now already discuss results of 2013 and set tasks for 2014.
On October 29 Russian Minister of Sport Vitaly Mutko was given the title “Honoured citizen of Kazan”. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in a solemn awarding ceremony at Kazan City Hall before a session of ANO “Organising committee “Russia 2018”.
On October 29 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Deputy Director General of International Enterprise Singapore Mr. Chua Taik Him at Tatarstan Government House.

On October 28 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of OAO Tatneft Shafagat Takhautdinov visited Baulux plant producing dry building mixes and mud powder for oil production industry.
On October 28 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with heads of small oil companies concerning results of their work for 9 months and tasks till the end of 2013.
On October 28 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held session of OAO “Tatneft” Board in Almetievsk on results of budget performance for 9 months of 2013 and approval of November budget.
On October 28 Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev met with Mitsui project development CEO Sugawara Masato, General Manager of the Department for industrial projects Yoshihiko Ishii, Senior Manager for Project Development Nakidsima Kaori, and Manager of the Department for industrial projects Marat Khalilyulin, who came to Kazan to take part in jubilee events dated to 55th anniversary of the first production output at OAO “Kazanorgsintez”.
On October 28 at a video conference of organising committee on celebration of 70th anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: “We have to tell the younger generation about heroes of Great Patriotic War. It is an important part of patriotic education.”

On October 26 at a regional video-conference meeting at Tatarstan Government House First Deputy Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Minsagir Nurtdinov reported that sugar beet crops have harvested on 48,700 ha or 88% of the total area. As of today, 1,810,000 tons of sugar beets have been harvested, providing an average yield of 372 centners per hectare.
On October 26 at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at Tatarstan Government House Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Municipal Economy Irek Faizullin informed that as for October 24, capital repair of multi-apartment houses was fulfilled by 99.8 per cent in Tatarstan. In 33 municipalities works have been fully completed.
