On September 23 during his working trip to Myanmar Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Shwedagon pagoda, a 98-metre gilded Buddhist stupa in Yangon.
On September 23 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in the Union of Myanmar with a working visit, was met by Ambassador of Russia to Myanmar Vasily Pospelov at Yangon international airport.

On September 21 at a meeting at Government House Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov asked all village dwellers to be engaged hard in milk production. “The outgoing year was dry and we do not expect significant earnings. In this case, milk becomes the main source of cash earnings and profitability,” he said.

On September 20 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister on coordination of Open Government project Mikhail Abyzov, representatives of the federation subjects where the Open Government project is implemented took part in summarizing of results of the seminar “The standard of region’s openness as an indicator of quality of interaction between state and public institutes” that was held in Kazan IT park.
On September 20 at a meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov First Deputy Director General of State Corporation “Rostecnhologies” Aleksey Aleshin said that OAO “Radio-Electronic Technologies Concern” would allocate 9 bln rubles for modernization of enterprises in Tatarstan in the next three years.
