Today RFMinister of Energy Alexander Novak examined the oil and petroleum industry in Tatarstan. The head RF Ministry of Energy visited the Kama area along with RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Preparation of energy facilities for the autumn-winter period 2012-2013, in the regions of the Volga Federal District as a whole is on track. It was announced today in Kazan by RF Minister of Energy Alexander Novak.

Meeting on energy facilities of XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan was held today in the RT House of Government with the paticipation of Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov and etc. Opening the meeting, Minnikhanov noted that the further economic development of the region depends on the degree of development of its energy system. He recalled that the country adopted another long-term target program "Energy saving and energy efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2010-2015".

Today of the RF Minister of Energy Alexander Novak is on a working visit in the Republic of Tatarstan. At the international airport "Kazan" he was met by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Government of the Republic of Tatarstan include measures to support the population of RT in order to facilitate the transition to pay for heat power, without cross-subsidization. This was announced today by the RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at a special briefing at the RT House of the Government.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working trip in Rostov-on-Don. Main purpose of the trip is participation in a meeting on issues of innovative development of sectoral economy in terms of agro-industrial and fuel-energy complexes. The meeting will be held by the Chairman of RF Government Dmitry Medvedev.

The Republic of Tatarstan has been ranked first among Russian regions in assessing efficiency of activity of executive power bodies of the Russian Federation. Such information was presented by the RF Minister of regional development Oleg Govorun at a session of RF Government on August 16.
