Realization of program on construction and major repair at pre-school educational institutions “Belekech” was discussed at a meeting in RT Cabinet. The meeting was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin made the key report. By his words, the program implies construction of 29 new objects, 100 objects of major repair and 6 objects should be constructed on terms of private-state partnership.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited construction site of Universiade Village in Kazan and inspected course of work. Head of Republic was accompanied by Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin.

Members of Tatarstan delegation headed by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the largest infrastructure project of Brazil located in the North of Rio de Janeiro state, - port and industrial-logistics complex Acu.
On August,16 during the business trip to Federal Republic Brazil President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was interviewed by Brazil bureau of information agencies “ITAR-TASS” and “RIA-news”. R.Minnikhanov told about perspective areas for cooperation between Tatarstan and Brazil and measures for realization of planned agreements. “Brazil has immense potential. We have to define mutual interests and move forward. The example of signing agreement with Marcopolo S.A shown by “KAMAZ” should encourage for promoting possible variants of cooperation with Brazil companies.
On August,16 several documents were signed between JSC “KAMAZ” and Marcopolo in presence of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Agreement of intentions was signed by Director-general of JSC “KAMAZ” Sergei Kogogin, one of co-founders and main stakeholder of “Marcopolo” Valter Gomes Pinto, Director-general of “Marcopolo” José Rubens de la Rosa and Director-general of “PoloAvtoRus” Yuri Eduardo Caio.
August, 17. Several agreements have been signed within the limits of working trip of Tatarstan delegation led by PM Ildar Khalikov at international aerospace show MAKS-2011. Head of RT government put his signature in Interregional agreement on commercial-economic and social-cultural cooperation in the sphere of aviation. The agreement concluded by five Russian regions implies cooperation in development of interregional air transport, airports and minor aviation. Besides Ildar Khalikov the document was signed by Deputy Governor of Ulianovsk region Vildan Zinnurov.
Tatarstan Premier Ildar Khalikov is visiting international aerospace show MAKS-2011 in Zhukovsky city (Moscow region). Ildar Khalikov is accompanied by RT Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov. RT Premier examined aircrafts Ту-204СМ and Ту-214ОН at the open statistic exposition. Passenger aircraft Ту-204СМ produced by Ulianovsk aircraft plant is a modern passenger modification of Ту-204/214 series, and a special version Ту-214ОН was produced at KAPO named after Gorbunov.

A month-campaign for children safety will be held in Tatarstan on August,20 – September,20. Yearly actions will take place in all Tatarstan educational institutions. Such information was given at a briefing in RT Cabinet by Deputy Head of GU MCHS of Russia on RT Andrei Orlov. The briefing was traditionally held in format of videoconference with all municipal regions of republic.

The decision to create a joint working group on developing perspective areas of cooperation between Tatarstan and Brazil was made by results of meeting between RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of BrasilInvest Mr Mario Garnero.The meeting took place in São Paulo (Brazil) within the frameworks of working trip of Tatarstan delegation led by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov to Federal Republic Brazil (August,15-19, 2011).
