On May 17, during his working trip to Turkey, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov found out about development of wellness tourism and protection of historical monuments in Pamukkale.
On May 17, during his working trip to Turkey, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Turkish Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci, Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina, members of the Tatarstan delegation and representatives of Denizli Administration visited industrial zone in Denizli.
On May 17, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit to the Republic of Turkey, was met by Minister of Economy of the Republic of Turkey Nihat Zeybekdzhi, Acting Governor of Denizli Province Ekrem Büyükata at the Cardak international airport in Denizli.

On May 16, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin and Director General of “Innopolis” Specialized Economic Zone Igor Nosov inspected construction of facilities in Innopolis Innovation Satellite City near Kazan.
On May 16, at Tatarstan Government House, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Sergey Donskoi. “We discussed issues related to competences of the federal agency, and could find the understanding and support on them," Minnikhanov commented on the meeting outcome. Following the meeting, Donskoi and Minnikhanov signed an agreement between the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan on the establishment of fields for the development and introduction of new technologies to search, explore, and develop hard-to-recover reserves, hydrocarbon resources.

On May 15, at the Kazan City Hall, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Sergey Zaitsev, Volga interregional environmental prosecutor Veniamin Selifanov, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administrative Office Asgat Safarov took part in a solemn ceremony on the occasion of 25th anniversary of Volga interregional environmental prosecutor's office.
On May 15, at a round-table session of Volga interregional environmental prosecutor's office “Urgent problems of ensuring ecological safety of water resources in Volga basin, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that development of the republic is impossible without realization of measures on rehabilitation of water basins.
On May 15, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Director General of “Rosatom” State Corporation Aleksandr Lokshin, Director General of “Holding Company "Composite" Leonid Melamed, Director General of SEZ “Alabuga” Timur Shagivaleev, Director of the Department for chemical-technical and forest industry of Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade Vladimir Potapkin and Head of Elabuga region Gennady Emelyanov took part in opening of “Alabuga-Volokno” plant at Specialized Economic Zone “Alabuga”.
1271 applications were submitted for participation in the 5th Regional youth forum. 41 projects were selected to compete in the final. This year a certain ministry or agency was attached to every project, and their representatives assessed the projects at the selection stage and gave the forecast for the future.
