On May 20, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of Guardians of Regional Foundation for the Revival of Historical and Cultural Monuments Mintimer Shaimiev made a report “On the revival of spirituality in the Russian Federation” at the 374th session of Russian Federation Council in Moscow.
