On April 27, in Kazan Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular board meeting of the Tatneft Oil Company. The Board considered the budget execution of the Tatneft Oil Company for the first quarter of 2015 and approved the budget for May.
On April 27, at a ceremony dedicated to start of construction of a hotel complex in Bolgar (the Republic of Tatarstan), Acting President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov said that construction of new hotel complex will make Bolgar more attractive for tourists.

On April 27, during his working trip to Turkmenistan, at his official meeting with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan intends to maintain relations with Turkmen partners.

On April 25, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on working visit in Turkmenistan. He was met by Chairman of Ashgabat Cabinet of Ministers Baimurad Khodzhamukhamedov.
On April 25, at Tatarstan Government House, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina met delegation of the Hebei Provincial Entrepreneurs Association.
On April 25, employees of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in All-Russia campaign “The forest of Victory”. 180 blue spruces were planted near Kazan-Arena stadium.
On April 25, at their meeting at the Kazan Kremlin, Acting President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov discussed issues of further cooperation on interregional level and other topical issues.
On April 25, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony dedicated to the Day of native language and birthday of a classic of Tatar poetry Gabdulla Tukai at Tatar academic state opera and ballet theatre named after M.Dzhalil.
