Today the conscription to RF Armed forces has finished in Russia. Results of spring conscription campaign have been summed up at session of RT conscription board in House of RT government under chairmanship of RT First vice-premier - deputy chairman of republican conscription board Ravil Muratov. By words of military commissar of Tatarstan Sergey Pogodin the spring conscription was well-organized upon the whole. Breaches or non-fulfillments of measures on conducting conscription in regions and cities were not revealed. This year 7 000 people from Tatarstan have gone to the Army.
Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov met with Vice-President of Sakha republic (Yakutia) Dmitry Glushko and President of Academy of sciences of Sakha republic Igor Kolodeznikov in House of RT government. Delegation of Sakha republic arrived in Kazan with two-day visit for the purpose of exchanging experience and learning about innovative way of region’s development. The program of delegation implies visit to techno park “Idea”, Kazan (Volga) federal university, meetings at RT Academy of sciences.
About 33 000 foreign workers may be attracted for labor activity in Tatarstan in 2011. Such decision has been made today by interdepartmental commission on issues of attracting and using foreign workers in RT. The session of commission was held by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov in House of RT government. Participants of the session discussed need of Tatarstan for attraction of foreign workers for the purpose of realizing labor activity in 2011 and issue of correcting fixed quota for 2010.
Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of developing info-communication technologies and services on the territory of Tatarstan has been signed today between RT Cabinet and ZAO “ER-Telecom Holding”. RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Director general of ZAO “ER-Telecom Holding” Andrey Semerikov put their signatures in the documents. The Agreement was signed in House of RT government within the limits of meeting between RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Vice-President of JSC “Lukoil”, president of “Lukoil Overseas Holding Ltd” Andrey Kuzyaev.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in session of RF State Council Presidium in Belgorod oblast. The session of RF State Council Presidium on measures on faster development of meat livestock sector as priority area of providing foodstuff safety in Russia is held by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. Dmitry Medvedev reminded that First deputy chairman of RF government Viktor Zubkov and RF Minister of agriculture Elena Skrynnik informed him on situation and measures taken in regions in connection with drought. By words of RF President it is necessary to do the best to gather crops on fields.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Voronezh oblast and held meeting with governor of Voronezh oblast Aleksey Gordeev. Rustam Minnikhanov and Aleksey Gordeev discussed perspectives of long-term bilateral cooperation and forthcoming visit of Voronezh delegation to Republic of Tatarstan.
Head of RT Ministry of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov announced at briefing in RT Cabinet that after realization of strategy on developing educational system in RT for 2010-2015 years republican education should become a branded one. As the minister stressed the strategy of developing educational system in RT which had been presented to Rustam Minnikhanov is planned to be realized within 6 years in three stages. The first 2-year stage will focus on modernization of system of school education. About 25 bln. roubles are required for its realization.
Chairman of RT committee on development of small and medium entrepreneurship Timur Shagivaleev informed at a meeting on issue of program realization in 2010 that on July, 13 new stage of program “Leasing - grant” had started in Tatarstan. The meeting was conducted by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions of republic.
