On September 18, at the voting station №42 at Tupolev Kazan national research technical university, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and his wife voted at elections for the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Rustam Minnikhanov received a bracelet “I voted!” that gives all voters the right to use public transport for free and visit festive events near Kazan-Arena stadium.
On September 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a session of the Coordination council of pubic councils at regional ministries and agencies of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On September 17, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov accompanied by the head of Kirov and Moscow districts of Kazan Sergey Mironov, and other officials, visited the agricultural fair in Kirov district of Kazan.
On September 16, a final session of the International forum "Preserving humanity as an imperative for sustainable development” was held at Kazan Federal University. World experts signed a programme document, the Kazan declaration about the ways to preserve and develop humanistic principles.

On September 16, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a solemn opening of the Pioneer Park in Yelabuga.
On September 16, Tatarstan Prime Minister arrived on a working visit in Yelabuga municipal region. During his stay in the region, Khalikov is expected to inspect multi-apartment house built within the framework of the regional programme aimed at relocating citizens from dilapidated houses.
On September 16, at his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, CB&I (USA) Senior Vice President, Global Sales Scott Wiseman said that the company is interested in further development of relations with Tatarstan.
