On 1 April, speaking at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional first Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Aleksey Frolov informed that 37 per cent of the yearly plan has been completed with 1m 138 square meters of housing commissioned in the republic.
On 31 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Deputy Director General in HR management and Director at-Large Sergey Tabachuk exchanged their opinions in important issues of the branch and discussed topics of further development of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Kazan Company.
On 24 March 80 representatives of different Russian regions – students of the RANEPA Executive Master in Public Management (EMPM) programme visited Innopolis.
In his welcoming address to the participants, who are public servants, CEOs of private companies, winners and finalists of the “Leaders of Russia” and the “New Time” projects, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov said: “I also was a student of the RANEPA programme in 2018. It largely helped me in establishment and development of Innopolis which today is the growth point for ensuring technological independence of Russia. I am sure during the education module you will get new useful connections, borrow the best practices for using them in your everyday work and form a social agenda important for the country. I invite all of you to cooperate with the Innopolis innovational center!”
On March 18, Innopolis hosted the 21st expert council on startups dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone. Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, Director General of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone Renat Khalimov, Mayor of Innopolis Ruslan Shagaleev and other invited experts took part in the selection of the best projects for their further development in the IT city.
On March 17, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic Shamil Gafarov took part in the first meeting of the organizing committee chaired by Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev on preparation for the international forum Kazan Digital Week – 2023.
On March 14, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic on the results of the development of the gas motor fuel market (NGV fuel) in 2022 and prospects for 2023, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko said that the fleet of natural gas vehicles exceeded 13,000 cars. About 2,000 more vehicles are planned to be throttled to NGV fuel this year.
On 12 March Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin took part in sports fest dedicated to the opening of a skiing and biathlon complex “Mirnyy” in Kazan, which satisfies all world standards and its infrastructure enables holding large international competitions.
On 7 March, speaking at a briefing at the Tatarstan Cabinet of Minister, the Director of the Institute of Development of cities of the region Nailya Zinnatullina said that seven cities and the Settlement of Sviyazhsk will take part in the All-Russia competition of small cities and can win the grant support of 675m rubles.
On 1 March, speaking at a collegium of the Tatarstan State Committee on Bioresources, which summarized results of the Committee’s work in 2022 and set forth tasks for 2023, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin said that one can hardly overestimate work of the Committee in provision of biological diversity and favourable living environment for residents of the republic as Tatarstan is the industrially developed region with high anthropogenic load on the ecosystems.
On March 27, speaking at a summing up meeting of Russian Army, Air Force and Navy Volunteer Society of Tatarstan, First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin emphasized that the Society is the largest organization on the basis of which a new system of preliminary military training of young people is being created, including military-patriotic education, the development of military-applied sports, training in military specialties for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
