On March 23, the 13th All-Russian memorial table tennis tournament dedicated to the memory of honoured forester of Russia and Tatarstan, knight of the “Order of the Badge of Honor” and the Order of the October Revolution Nurgali Minnikhanov finished in Sabinsky region.

On March 24 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov presented state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan to Tatarstan sportsmen – members of Russian Paralympic team at Winter Olympic Games in Sochi. The event dated to successful performance of sportsmen at XI Paralympic Games in Sochi 2014 was held at the Kazan Kremlin.

On March 22 at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov proposed to exclude municipal regions, which have not submitted all necessary accounts for programmes of 2013 and have not proceeded to the implementation of certain regional programmes of 2014, from the funding list in 2014. 

On March 20 during his visit to Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited ceramic and industrial oils production factories. Tatarstan President was accompanied by Russian Ambassador in the DPRK Alexander Timonin.

On March 21, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and DPRK Minister of Foreign Trade Lee Ren Nam discussed prospects of economic cooperation between Tatarstan and Democratic People’s Republic of Korea during their meeting held within the framework of the Tatarstan delegation visit to Pyongyan.

On March 21, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea with a working visit. Russian Ambassador in the DPRK Alexander Timonin met Rustam Minnikhanov at the Pyongyang airport.
