“Construction of junctions in Kazan should speed up and works at objects should be carried out round-the-clock”, - RT President Rustam Minnikhanov said while touring in Kazan. Together with Head of republic Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin viewed objects of road - transport infrastructure under construction. Head of Tatarstan was not fully satisfied with work pace at the objects. To speed up the construction process Rustam Minnikhanov gave assignment to organize round-the-clock works.

“Necessity of interference of RF Ministry of emergency situations into extinguishing forest fires will mean unreadiness of local authorities to prevent them”, - First deputy chairman of RF government Viktor Zubkov announced at the video conference meeting of executive power bodies of RF subjects on preparation for fire hazardous period in 2011. RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the meeting.

“Approaches used by Tatarstan Republic in realizing the strategy of education development “Kilechek” may be used in any Russian region”, - RF Minister of education and science Andrei Fursenko said at all-Russia meeting with heads of executive authorities executing management in the sphere of education. The event took place in Kazan city hall with participation of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. The key topic of discussion was initiative of RF Government to raise teacher salaries and modernization of system of general education.

Head of RT government viewed exposition that was organized in two exhibition halls. The event took place in G.Kamal theatre with participation of Chairman of Russian Council of muftis Ravil Gainutdin, Chief Advisor of RF President Administration Aleksei Grishin. The key topic of convention was elections of new Chairman of the Muslim Religious Board of Tatarstan Republic - mufti of RT. The post was vacant since January 2011 when former mufti Gusman hazrat Iskhakov tendered his resignation.

22733 cars were realized in Tatarstan by companies-dealers in the period March,8,2010 – March, 31,2011 within the limits of program on utilizing vehicles and renewal of auto park at the expense of home-made cars. Such information was presented today by Deputy Minister of industry and trade Gulnara Akhmadeeva at briefing in House of RT Government. She reminded that the program was realized in two stages, the first one - till June, 2010, the second – till March,15, 2011. 25 000 Tatarstan citizens took part in the program that was aimed at supporting domestic producers of cars and rendering help to citizens with moderate income in buying new cars.
