“Tatarstan leadership puts high hopes on work of employees of the RT Department of Federal Security Service in ensuring safety at forthcoming Universiade,” the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said at a solemn event dated to the Day of worker of State security bodies of Russia. Vice-premier of the Tatarstan Government Asgat Safarov, and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin participated in the event.
Realization of regional programs of health care modernization, provision of places at children’s preschool institutions, and preparation for possible flu epidemic have been discussed at All-Russia meeting in format of video conference. The meeting was held by Chairman of the Russian Government Olga Golodets. Tatarstan’s PM Ildar Khalikov participated in the event.

A solemn ceremony of signing the Agreement on establishment and location of Tatneft scientific and technical center in Skolkovo was held in Skolkovo Technopark on December 19. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Skolkovo Fund Viktor Veksleberg and Director General of OJSC Tatneft Shafagat Takhautdinov participated in the ceremony.

Tatarstan leadership appreciates the contribution of the RT Department of Federal Treasury, the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said at a solemn event dated to the 20th anniversary of the Federal Treasury. The event took place in Kazan with participation of Chief of the Federal Treasury Roman Artyukhin, and RF First Deputy Minister of finance Tatyana Nesterenko.
Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of small energy sector has been signed by the RT Cabinet, RF State Duma Committee for energy and All-Russia inter-sectoral association of employers “Russian union of builders”.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Chief of the main organisational and mobilization department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Vasily Smirnov.
For December 1, 3157 fires have happened in republic (2,7 percent less than for the same period of last year); 207 people died (11 percent less than for the same period of last year). Such information has been presented by Deputy Chief of the Department for supervisory activity of the Main Department of the Russian Ministry of emergency situations on RT, Lieutenant Colonel of the internal service Maxim Trushin at a briefing at the RT Cabinet.

The event took place at KRK Piramida with participation of volunteers “Kazan 2013”, representatives of 30 Russian regions and 50 higher educational institutions, partners of the World student summer games, volunteers of APEC summit, and the 5th international sport Games “Children of Asia”.
