Traditional ceremony of awarding winners of the contest “Leader of the year 2012” took place in Kazan today. The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, PM Ildar Khalikov participated in the ceremony.

The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Plenipotentiary of the Russian President in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich.The meeting was held at the RT Government House. Issues of social and economic development of Tatarstan as a region of the Volga Federal District were discussed at the event.
