President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indonesia in Russia Dzhauhari Oratmangun. The meeting was held at the Kazan Kremlin with participation of the Tatarstan Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin, Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov.
Turkey is one of the main partners of the Republic of Tatarstan in many spheres, the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said at a meeting with the Governor of Eskişehir province (Turkey) Kadir Koçdemir. The meeting was held at the Kazan Kremlin.
President of Tatarstan has met with Deputy Chairman of the Turkmenistan Cabinet on transport and communications Rozymyrat Seitkulyev. The meeting was held at the Kazan Kremlin with participation of the Tatarstan Minister of transport and road construction Lenar Safin, Deputy Minister of informatization and communications Anatoly Geller, and Director General of OJSC KAMAZ Sergei Kogogin.

The meeting was held at the RT Government House with participation of Deputy PM and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov.Participants of the meeting discussed global trends in the sphere of creation of innovative cities, creation, promotion and development of innovative satellite city “Innopolis” in Kazan.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with the Russian Minister of culture Vladimir Medinsky. The meeting was held at the Kazan Kremlin in the president’s work room. Tatarstan’s Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin, Chief of the Department of culture and RT peoples' languages development under the RT Cabinet Staff Gulshat Nigmatullinam were present at the meeting.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with experts of the International Center for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property (ICCROM) and members of the delegation from Central Macedonia (Greece).
The Russian Minister of culture Vladimir Medinsky arrived in Kazan with a working visit (November 1-2). He was met by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the international airport “Kazan”.
