On October 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited construction site of “KZSK-Silicon” (Kazan synthetic rubber plant) in Kazan.The construction of the plant started on June 18, 2014 and is expected to be finished in April 2016.

In connection with messages appearing in media and social networks about some venues opened with the participation of Tatarstan President (the swimming pool in Bolgar, kindergarten in Bugulma and E.A. Boratynsky Museum in Kazan) that are still not working, IA Tatar-inform addressed Tatarstan President’s Press Office to comment on the situation.   

On October 13, the international conference "Safety of cash and values turnover" organized by the Russian Encashment Association and Association of Russian banks under the auspices of the Bank of Russia and Tatarstan Government opened in Kazan.

On October 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a session of the Supervisory council of Alabuga Specialized Economic Zone on approving four projects of potential residents and increasing investments of the existing resident. The total cost of projects is 12.6 bln rubles.

On October 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov, Chairman of Tatarstan State Committee on tourism Sergei Ivanov, President and chief designer of Turenscape Yu Kongjian visited Qunli national park in Harbin.
