On September 1, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov, regional Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, Mayor of Innopolis Egor Ivanov, and Director of Innopolis University Dmitry Kondratiev took part in opening of the first kindergarten for 225 places.

On September 1, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited a new hostel for students of Kazan state power engineering university.

On September 1, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Education and Science of the republic Engel Fattakhov, Head of Tatarstan President’s Administrative office Asgat Safarov, and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in opening of the biggest school in the republic in Novo-Savinovsky district in Kazan.

On August 31, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in laying the capsule with a message to descendants to mark the beginning of construction of facilities for processing agricultural products in industrial park “Zaman”.

On August 31, at his meeting with administration of the Zainsk region, Tatarstan, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Zainsk region plays an important role in Tatarstan economy as a part of Kama industrial cluster.

On August 30, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in celebrations on the occasion of the Republic Day at the main concert venue, Kazan-Arena stadium. He congratulated citizens of the republic on the holiday.
