On December 16, at a Slovenian-Tatar business forum at Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ljubljana it was noted that Slovenian businessmen are interested in Russian economy and are willing to develop cooperation with Russia.
On December 16, in Ljubljana, at his meeting with Minister of Economic Development and Technology of the Republic of Slovenia Zdravko Počivalšek, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov suggested holding the next session of Russia-Slovenia Intergovernmental Commission on Trade-Economic and Scientific-Technical Cooperation in Kazan.
On December 16, at his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Slovenian Parliament (Ljubljana), Chairman of National Council of the Republic of Slovenia Mitja Bervar said that Slovenia is interested in expanding cooperation with Russia.
On December 16, speaking at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the Head of the Tatarstan Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation Marsel Imamov reported that 41,000 individual entrepreneurs of the republic have debts to the Pension Fund amounting to 1.7 billion roubles.
On December 16, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Rafail Gilmanov reported that 175, 000 litres of counterfeit alcoholic products have been seized in Tatarstan since the beginning of the year. 44, 000 litres have been brought from Kazakhstan, 51, 000 – from North Ossetia.
On December 16, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a solemn opening of reconstructed electricity line substation “Kutlu-Bukash” in Rybno-Slobodsky region.

On December 15, during his working visit to the Republic of Slovenia (December 15-16, 2014), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended a concert of Tatarstan masters of the arts in Ljubljana.
On December 15, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in the capital of Slovenia – Ljubljana, was met by Russian Ambassador to the Republic of Slovenia Doku Zavgayev at the Ljubljana international airport.
On December 15, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of Guardians of the Regional Fund “Revival” Mintimer Shaimiev, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin and other officials attended a presentation of the brand “Cultural Heritage of Tatarstan."
