On November 15, Tatarstan and Crimea signed an agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical, social and cultural cooperation at the Kazan Kremlin. The document was signed by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov.
On November 15, during his trip to Tatarstan, Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Himgrad technopolis within the framework of the federal programme of development of Crimea and Sevastopol till 2020.
On November 15, members of Crimean delegation led by Russian Presidential Envoy in Crimean Federal District Oleg Belaventsev and Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Kazan Federal University, agro-industrial park “Kazan”, and IT-park in Kazan.
On November 15, at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov it was reported that State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan accepted works on major repair of 773 of 793 houses that makes 97.48 per cent of the annual plan.

Expert of American National Business Incubation Association delivers lecture for Tatarstan officials
A leading expert of American National Business Incubation Association (NBIA, USA) Mark Long delivered a lecture for Tatarstan officials on innovative strategy of a region in development of small and medium-size enterprises and business incubators.
On November 14, the international research-to-practice conference “Historic, Cultural and Spiritual Heritage of Sviyazhsk” opened in Kazan within the framework of the Year of Culture. Tatarstan State Counsellor and Chairman of the Trustee Council of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev, Minister of Culture of the republic Airat Sibagatullin, Rector of Kazan Federal University Ilshat Gafurov and other officials attended the conference.
On November 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a working meeting with Board Chairman of Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant Alexander Fedorov. The meeting was also attended by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister - Minster of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Aide to Tatarstan President on Economic Affiars Airat Khairullin, First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the republic Andrei Pominov, Deputy Director General of JSC “Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant” (“ChelPipe”) Maksim Ignatiev, Executive Director of JSC “AlNAS” Sergey Sachenko.
