On November 18, in New Delhi, at his meeting with Indian Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov offered to consider the possibility to hold a regular meeting of the Russia-India intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation in Kazan.

They discussed cooperation in the sphere of personnel training and professional development.
