On October 15, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Tyulyachi region to take part in a session of Economic Council under Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on creation and development of municipal industrial parks and sites.

On October 15, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of Mefro Wheels GmbH (Germany) Alfred Fischbacher discussed current issues related to activity of the company in Tatarstan, as well as prospects for further cooperation.

On October 15, at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with executives of the Toro Rosso Formula 1 Team and Russian pilot of the team Daniil Kvayt. Founder of Acronis Company Sergey Belousov, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov, Aide to Tatarstan President on Economic Affairs Airat Khairullin, Tatarstan Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Vladimir Leonov, President of Motorsports Federation of Tatarstan Ivan Egorov took part in the meeting.

On October 14, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and members of the delegation of Aktyubinsk region of Kazakhstan led by Deputy Akim of the region Gali Iskaliev discussed issues related to cooperation in the field of  oil, gas and petrochemical industry, including increased supplies of fuel produced in Tatarstan to Kazakhstan, establishing long-term contacts, etc.

On October 14, in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov inspected the construction of the Cathedral Mosque of the capital city. Chairman of the Russian Mufties Council Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin told Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Mayor for Urban Development and Construction Marat Khusnullin, who is officer in charge of the project, and main benefactor of the construction of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque Suleiman Kerimov about stages of construction.
