On September 5, at a regional videoconference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov reported that as of today 1.27 million hectares or 82 per cent of the grain crop area have been harvested in Tatarstan, with an average yield of 22.3 centners per hectare.

On September 4, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov visited “Kazan electrical networks”, a subsidiary of OAO “Grid company”, to see the work of one of Kazan substations and new customer service centre.

On September 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Head of Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision Svetlana Radionova took part in a plenary session of All-Russia seminar “Experience in federal supervision in construction and use of chemical and petrochemical enterprises” organized by the Federal Service in Kazan.
