On April 16, on the second day of the visit of Tatarstan delegation to China, the delegation led by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Chairman of China Association for International Friendly Contact Li Zhaoxing.
On April 16 at a meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that according to the number of requests received, state information system “Public control” is becoming more popular among Tatarstan citizens. To the point, 3428 requests were sent to the system in the first quarter of 2014, which is 124 per cent more than for the same period last year.
On April 16 Chairman of the Council of the Central Union of Consumer Cooperatives of Russia Evgeny Kuznetsov sent a telegram to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov expressing his gratitude for supporting consumer cooperation system in Tatarstan.

On April 15 during his visit to China, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with activists of Tatar diaspora in Urumqi. They thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for visiting China and meeting with them, noting that representatives of Tatar youth living in China will continue studying at Kazan higher educational institutions.
On April 15 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov presented awards to Tatarstan cultural workers for personal contribution to preservation of Russian cultural heritage in Crimea and Sevastopol. The solemn event was held at Tatarstan Government House.
On April 15 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov presented awards of Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan for high sports achievements at 27th World Summer Universiade in Kazan, and letter of gratitude of Russian Minister of Culture to cultural and art workers for personal contribution to preservation of Russian cultural heritage in Crimea and Sevastopol.
On April 15, at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Deputy Board Chairman of OAO "Rosselkhozbank" Kirill Levin discussed state support measures for entrepreneurship.
On April 15 during the visit of Tatarstan delegation led by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to ТВЕА headquarters in Urumqi, executives of ТВЕА company said that they are interested in cooperation with Tatarstan enterprises and launching of their production in the republic.
On April 15, at a briefing at Tatarstan Government House Head of Tatarstan Department of Federal Tax Service Marat Safiullin reported that Tatarstan citizens have filed 47,000 tax returns since beginning of the declaration campaign in 2014. This makes 55 per cent of the total number of citizens who have to report about their income for 2013 (about 83,000 citizens).
On April 15 at his meeting with Zhang Chunxian, a member of Political Bureau of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China, Secretary of the party committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in Urumqi, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have many opportunities for cooperation.
