In accordance with Tatarstan President’s Order, the Permanent Representative Office of the Republic of Tatarstan was established in Crimea. Ilmir Temirgaliev was appointed permanent representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Crimea in accordance with Tatarstan President’s Order signed on March 29, 2014.

On March 29 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of Russian Council of Muftis sheikh Ravil Gainutdin took part in a session of Kurultai of Crimean Tatars in Bakhchisarai on creation of national Crimean Tatar autonomy in Crimea.
On March 29 at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House held by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, First Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Municipal Economy Farit Khanifov said that Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, trade union of builders and Tatarstan Union of Builders will hold some activities before World Day of Labour Protection.
On March 29, at a regional video conference meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relations Azat Khamaev reported that as of today, more than 25,000 large families have been included in the list for receiving free land plots in Tatarstan.
On March 29, at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Municipal Economy Farit Khanifov reported that as of March 28, 620,900 m² of housing (25.9 per cent of the yearly plan)were commissioned in Tatarstan. Moreover, 77,900 m² were commissioned over the last two weeks.

On March 28, at a meeting on preparation and holding of the National Skills Championship WorldSkills Russia to be held on May 16-20, 2014 in Kazan, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov reported to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on preparation for the event.
On March 28 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a board session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” at Tatarstan Government House.
On March 28, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a session of the Council under Presidential Envoy in Volga federal district in Ufa. Issues related to realisation of state policy in the sphere of environmental protection, forestry and optimization of nature use in Volga federal district of Volga Federal District were discussed at the session held by Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich.
On March 28 participants of the session of the Economic Council under Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov discussed the “road map” of small and medium-size entrepreneurship development in Tatarstan in 2014-2016. Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the event.

On March 27, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Chairman of political party “A Just Russia”, leader of faction "A Just Russia" at Russian State Duma Sergey Mironov, who came on a working visit to Kazan (March 26-27, 2014).
