On April 5, at a regional video conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at Tatarstan Government House, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Services Farit Khanifov reported that 40 municipalities participate in the programme of capital repair of multi-apartment houses in Tatarstan in 2014. This is 793 multi-apartment houses with a total area of 4.8 million square meters to improve living conditions of 202,200 citizens. Alekseevsky, Antinsky, Kaibitsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Cheremshansky districts were not included in the programme.
