On January 31 at a joint session of Anti-drug commission and RT Department of Federal Service of the Russian Federation for the Control of Drug Trafficking Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the problem of drug trafficking can only be solved by joint efforts of law enforcement bodies, state authorities and public organisations.
On January 31 Deputy Prime Minister Yury Kamaltynov held a session of the Commission on prevention and liquidation of emergency situations with municipal regions and city districts on additional safety measures in conditions of abnormal low temperature.

On January 30 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Presidential Economic Council Presidium chaired by Vladimir Putin.
On January 30 Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated members of truck team KAMAZ-Master on brilliant victory in Dakar-2014 rally raid, which became the 12th victory of the Russian truck racers.
On January 30 Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev met with Vice President of the Russian Academy of Arts, Rector of the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov, Professor Anatoly Lubavin, who arrive in Kazan to examine students of the Kazan branch of the Moscow State Academic Art Institute, in the Kazan Kremlin.
On January 30 at his meeting with representatives of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation Council and State Duma of the Federal Assembly Rustam Minnikhanov stated that a powerful corps of members represents Tatarstan Republic in theState Duma of the Russian Federal Assembly and it is neccesary to take advatange of this opportunity.

On January 29 at an extended session of Ministry of Information and Communication an Agreement on construction of Kazan postal logistics center near Kazan International airport was signed between Tatarstan Government and FSUE “Russian Post”.
On January 29 at a summary session of Tatarstan Department of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of the Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that the main positive result was that no epidemics and major accidents were registered in Tatarstan cities and regions in 2013.
On January 29 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Head of Gorky railways, the branch of OAO “Russian railways” Anatoly Lesun signed agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan and OAO “Russian railways” in 2014-2016.
