On November 2 at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Presidential Commissioner for Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights Boris Titov discussed issues concerning the activity of the regional commissioner for protection of entrepreneurs’ rights, exchange of gained experience, interaction between public authorities and business ombudsman.
On November 2 at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov informed that the expected sugar production in Tatarstan will make 185 thousand tons.
On November 2 at a regional video-conference meeting chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy Irek Faizullin reported that as of the 1st November, 1 mln 907.1 thousand square meters or 79.5% of the year plan commissioned in Tatarstan in 2013.

On November 1 at his meeting with Governor of Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan and Arkhangelsk region have potential for extended cooperation.
On November 1 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov became a Presidium member of the Economic Council under Russian President. The Presidium membership was approved by Russian President’s Order dated October, 31, 2013.
On November 1 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Arkhangelsk with a working visit, was met by Governor of Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov, Chairman of regional Tatar national and cultural autonomy Rim Kalimullin at Arkhangelsk airport.
On November 1 at their meeting in Kazan Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of Legislative Assembly Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén (Hungary) Roland Mendi discussed issues of potential cooperation between Tatarstan and Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén.
