Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Ildar Khalikov and Mayor of Liaocheng Mr. Sunn Juanfan signed Memorandum of intentions on opening friendly relations between the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and Chinese city Liaocheng. Before the ceremony of signing RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with Mayor of Liaocheng Mr. Sunn Juanfan and members of Chinese delegation.

The international forum "Development of innovative space of the CIS. Role and place of commercial and industrial chambers of Commonwealth countries" is being held in Kazan on 16-17 April. It is organized by Russian Chamber of commerce and industry, Tatarstan government and RT Chamber of commerce and industry.

Head of Tatarstan government Rustam Minnikhanov held Guardian council session of Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan in RT Cabinet.
Members of Guardian council approved channeling 3 grants of 10 mln. dollars each for the companies having won in a program of cooperation between U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation (CRDF) and Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the IV Kazan Venture Fair which to be held on April 23-24.

Head of RT Government said that the capital of Tatarstan – Kazan is open for offers from architectural companies on design and construction of sport objects for Universiade-2013. According to his words the most serious and significant objects are stadium for 40 000 seats, Palace of water sports, Palace of martial arts and Universiade village.

RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin informed at a meeting in the RT Cabinet that about 211,4 thousand m² of housing had been commissioned in March in Tatarstan, 130 000 m² - in Kazan. Today Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has taken part in opening ceremony of 9th specialised exhibition under motto «Education Career».
The event was arranged by RT Ministry of Education and Science РТ Ministry of labour, employment an social care, RT Ministry of industry and trade, Mayoralty of Kazan and JSC «Kazan fair» According to the Head of RT government, an exhibition «Education. Career» is actual and a necessary action. He also marked that education questions are today one of priority directions in the work of the RT Government.

First Deputy Prime Minister of Republic Tatarstan Boris Pavlov took part in Italian economic forum which took place in Center of International trade (Moscow).
«A forum’s main objective is strengthening and expansion of economic relations», - the ambassador of Italy to Russia Vittorio Surdo said. The diplomat expressed confidence that despite a world financial crisis, the meeting between Russian and Italian businessmen would bring a considerable contribution to development of bilateral cooperation.
