On May 20, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Governor of China's Hunan Province Du Jiahao in Shanghai. Aide to Tatarstan President on International Issues Radik Gimatdinov, Deputy Board Chairman of OAO “Ak Bars Bank” Zufar Garaev, Director General of SEZ “Alabuga” Timur Shagivaleev, Secretary General of Hunan Provincial People's Government Dai Daojin took part in the meeting.

 

On May 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working visit to the People’s Republic of China on the official Russian delegation headed by Russian President Vladimir Putin (May 19-21, 2014).

On May 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated Dinamo-Kazan women’s volleyball team on winning Club World Championship 2014 and Russian Championship at a solemn reception on behalf of Tatarstan President held on this occasion at the Kazan Kremlin .
