On May 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Ambassador of India to Russia Srinivasan Raghavan Pundi at the Kazan Kremlin.

On May 12, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in solemn summarizing of results of the regional contest “Territory of law” aimed at public recognition and promotion of positive practices of municipal regions, city districts and townships, managers and individuals, who made considerable contribution to ensuring public peace, legal education of the youth and prevention of law violations.

On May 11, answering questions of media agencies, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the plan of actions on realization of cooperation agreement between Tatarstan and Kaliningrad region that was signed in Kaliningrad will enable revealing the potential of relations between two regions.

On May 11, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with members of Tatar community of Kaliningrad region. Governor of Kaliningrad region Nikolay Tsukanov, members of Government of Kaliningrad region, Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Chairman of Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars Rinat Zakirov took part in the meeting.

The Republic of Tatarstan and Kaliningrad region will cooperate in trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural spheres. Plan of actions on realization of Agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan and Kaliningrad region was signed today in Kaliningrad after an extended meeting of Tatarstan delegation with representatives of Kaliningrad Government.

On May 11, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Kaliningrad region with a working visit, was met by the Governor Nikolay Tsukanov and members of the local government.
