A large centre rendering corporate services on rent and care for household textiles may appear in Kazan. Director-general of “Cotton way” company Aleksandr Utkin addressed such proposal to President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the course of meeting at House of RT government. Rector of Russian academy of national economy and state service under RF President Vladimir Mau also took part in the meting. The Republic of Tatarstan was introduced by RT Minister of labor, employment and social protection Airat Shafigullin, RT Minister of economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
May 12, Ilgiz Gilazov was officially introduced as Chairman of the Tatarstan Supreme Court to the court staff.Chairman of the Russian Supreme Court Vyacheslav Lebedev, Tatarstan president Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan State Council Chairman Farid Mukhametshin, Gilazov’s predecessor Gennady Baranov, chairmen of republican courts were present at the ceremony.

One of the largest companies in the sphere of organization of public catering – French «Sodexo» may be engaged into organization of catering at Kazan medical institutions. Today the project was presented at a meeting of RT Premier Ildar Khalikov with Director-general of «Sodexo» in Russia Edi Perisic.
“The Republic of Tatarstan is among Russian regions which prepared for fire-hazardous period 2011 properly”, - First Deputy Chairman of RF government Viktor Zubkov said during teleconference on issue “Ensuring fire safety in forests on the territory of Russian Federation”. RT Premier Ildar Khalikov took part in the meeting.
RT President Rustam Minnikhanov met with CEO of Dubai Pearl company on May,10. Parties discussed possible cooperation within the framework of design, consulting and construction of international Convention&Exhibition Centre in Kazan that would meet modern world standards.
Business delegation from Brazil may come to the Republic of Tatarstan with inception visit. Organization of such event was discussed on May,10 at the meeting of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov with Deputy minister of economic development of Brazil, CEO of ApexBrasil, President of WAIPA Mr Alessandro Teixeira.
Representative office of Tatarstan Republic will be organized in emirate of Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Such decision was made on May, 10 by results of meeting between RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director-general of Investment agency of Dubai (FDI – Foreign Direct Investment) Mr Fahad Al Gergawi. The main task is to represent trade and economic interests of the Republic of Tatarstan in United Arab Emirates and whole area of Persian Gulf.

“Tatarstan has great economic potential but is little-known in the world”, - President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) while answering the questions of mass media after the ceremony of opening investment forum Annual Investment Meeting 2011 (AIM-2011). By his words, to make the region well-known it is important to use all opportunities, establish direct contacts, and communicate. Participation of Tatarstan in AIM presents good opportunity to tell about the region, and use all offered variants for in order to attract potential investors and foreign investments.
“The Republic of Tatarstan as one of economically developed subjects of Russian Federation is interested in cooperation with United Arab Emirates”, - President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said at the meeting with Minister of foreign trade of United Arab Emirates Mrs sheikha Lubna bint Al Kasimi.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived with a working visit in United Arab Emirates. Tomorrow, May 10, Rustam Minnikhanov will take part in opening of Annual Investment Meeting 2011 (AIM-2011) in Dubai. The event will take place in territory of international World Trade Center.
