The development of Kazan Federal University should not stop even during the reorganization and integration period, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said at the meeting of the KFU Board of Trustees.Opening the meeting, the Tatarstan President reminded that since the previous meeting of the KFU Board of Trustees in December an important event took place in the university life. The Russian Education and Science Minister, Andrei Fursenko, singed an order for annexation of State University of Humanities and Pedagogy, Kazan State Finance and Economics Institution and Elabuga State Pedagogical University to the federal university. Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that now on the basis of the annexed institutions KFU new structural departments will be formed.

RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov was on working visit in Nizhnekamsk in order to get acquainted with course of realization of pilot project “electronic health care”. In polyclinic №1 Prime Minister could assess results of the project - Ildar Khalikov tried to make an appointment with a physician by means of information terminal located in the hall. Besides infomats oen could make an appointment with a doctor via Internet and contact centre. By and large 278 thousand appointments were made via the system of electronic line for three months in 2011.

RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held session of republican staff on constructing Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants in Nizhnekamsk (JSC “TANECO”). Head of RT government visited production sites of the Complex accompanied by Director-general of JSC “Tatneft” Shafagat Takhautdinov, Director-general of JSC “TANECO” Khamza Bagmanov and other CEOs.

“We will express loss of confidence to those heads of municipal formations who fail to manage construction of housing for veterans of Great Patriotic War in time”, - President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov announced at republican meeting on issues of housing construction. The meeting was traditionally held on format of video conference with all municipal regions and chaired by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Participants of project “Staff reserve-2010” gained real experience and opportunity to realize their own social actions and projects actual for municipal regions of republic. Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov informed about it at the meeting with finalists of project “Staff reserve-2010”. The meeting was held in House of RT government by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov. Opening the event, he conveyed greeting from RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

VII republican contest “50 best innovative ideas for Tatarstan Republic” started on April, 1 in Tatarstan Republic. Director of RT Investment venture fund Ainur Aideldinov informed about it at briefing in House of RT government. RT Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov informed at briefing in RT Cabinet that gala concert of republican festival “Sozvezdie – Yoldyzlik” will be held on April, 29 in KRK “Piramida” (Kazan).
