About 2,4 billion rbls are expected as a whole to be channeled in 2009 for realizing the priority national project "Health" in Tatarstan. A national project will be implemented over the republic in 16 directions. RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov informed on this during the today’s RT Cabinet session on issues of implementation a priority national project "Health" in Tatarstan and the prospects of developing hi-tech medical aid.

Tatarstan delegation headed by RT Prime Minister R.N.Minnikhanov took part in solemn opening of the VIII International investment forum “Sochi-2009”. Co-chairmen of organization committee – Deputy chairman of Russian government Dmitry Kozak, Minister of economic development of Russia Elvira Nabiullina and Governor of Krasnodar region Aleksandr Tkachev addressed to participants of the forum with welcoming speech.

Delegations from 30 countries arrived in Sochi to take part in the VIII International investment forum “Sochi-2009”. Tatarstan exposition consists of the following subject blocks: “Electronic Tatarstan” (Electronic government, Electronic trade information system), “Oil-gas-chemical cluster”, “Building and transport”, “Agriculture”, “IT”, “Special economic zone “Alabuga”, “Nanotechnologies”, “Universiade-2013”.

«Yokogawa Elecrtric International» company management (Japan) met RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov at the House of Government. The parties have discussed questions of mutually advantageous cooperation on a number of projects. RT Prime Minister noted that today when «Yokogawa Electrician International» is headed by a new leader, a necessity appeared to exchange opinions on implementing some projects in territory of Tatarstan.
