Creation of the favorable environment for appearance and realization of new ideas should become the main task in developing innovative activity in the Russian Federation. Such an opinion the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov voiced at the session Council under Plenipotentiary Representative of RF President in the VFD on a theme «About expansion of practice of introducing innovations as one of the basic directions of modernizing industry of VFD regions », which took place in Kazan. The Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal district Grigory Rapota held a session, the heads of the VFD regions also took part in the session.

Within the republican project «Computer to teacher» almost 13 ths. teachers from 375 schools of Tatarstan have received computer note-books. This was informed by head of RT Ministry education and science Albert Gilmutdinov at a session chaired by RT Prime minister I.Kh. Khalikov in format of video conference with heads of municipal formations on project "Electronic school".

“It turned out that on Tatarstan part of Gorki railway we have put in order many stations but Kuibyshev direction long time remains in a shade. Now, all has changed, we need to reconstruct only station of Zainsk. I express sincere gratitude to RZD management and Almetyevsk municipal region for this project has been realized. Davletgildiev – chief of section on implementing anti-corruption policy in Republic of Tatarstan of RT President Staff), «On project of complex program on prevention in Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2014 years » (speaker R.F. Muratov – First Deputy RT Premier), «On setting up of Interdepartmental commission of RT Security Council on transport safety» (speaker V.A. Vlasov – Secretary of RT Security Council).
