Rustam Minnikhanov agrees to top the list of United Russia party at Tatarstan State Council election
On July 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has accepted the proposal made by United Russia party members to top the party list at Tatarstan State Council election to be held on September 14, 2014. The proposal was made at a today’s forum of secretaries of primary divisions of Tatarstan regional branch of All-Russia political party "United Russia" at the Korston hotel.
On July 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a session of the Economic council under Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on issues of energy saving.

On July 1,at Tatarstan Government House,Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held a session of organizing committee on holding XVI aquatics championship 2015 in Kazan, which discussed organizational issues, as well as preparation for test events.
On July 1, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a session of the Club of regions of Russian book union held by President of Russian book union Sergey Stepashin at Kazan City Hall.
On July 1, during his visit to OOO “Plant of compound steel sections”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov looked around production facilities and new equipment.
On July 1, at a briefing on results of anti-drug month’s campaign that was held in Tatarstan on May 20 – June 26, Tatarstan Deputy Prosecutor, Senior Counsellor of Justice Sergei Starostin, Deputy Head of Federal Drug Control Services in Tatarstan Eduard Garaev, Acting Head of the Department for counternarcotic actions of Criminal Investigations Directorate of Tatarstan Ministry of the Interior Vadim Kostyunin, and Chief Doctor of Regional narcological dispensary Ilgiz Akhmetzyanov answered journalists’ questions.
On July 1, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited polyclinic OOO “Spasenie”, the first project in Tatarstan when a government-owned polyclinic was reconstructed under private-state partnership.

On July 30, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a Board session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”.
On June 30, Russian Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov commented on the situation with branches of universities, which were recommended to stop admitting new entrants in 2014 and answered the journalists’ questions within the framework of All-Russia meeting of heads of educational executive authorities of Russian regions held in Kazan.
On June 30, at a plenary session of All-Russia meeting of heads of educational executive authorities of Russian regions (Kazan, Korston) on modern trends in educational development and objectives for 2014-2015, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is building new innovative knowledge-based economy.
