On August 25, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Health Marat Sadykov said that the regional Ministry of Health plans to attract 107 medical officers to work in rural areas under Zemsky Doctor and Zemsky Feldsher programmes in 2020.

On August 20, at the Government House of the republic, First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan – Deputy Chairman on the Commission on Preventing and Eliminating Emergency Situations and Ensuring Fire Safety Rustam Nigmatullin held a regular meeting of the Commission via videoconferencing with the participation of all municipalities of the republic.
