On 20 February at a briefing in the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the regional Minister of Healthcare Marsel Minullin informed that the regional project of primary healthcare development, which is a part of the national Healthcare Project, will be continued.

“The budget of 2023 was about 448m rubles, including practically 30m from the federal  and 419m from the regional budgets,” he said and emphasized that all tasks set up for 2023 were fulfilled.

The Russian Government has confirmed introduction of a regulatory sandbox in the sphere of digital innovations of operating drones in Innopolis, the corresponding decree on which is published on the government site.

Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the extension of the project on creating advanced engineering schools until 2030, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said. The total amount of co-financing until 2026 will be about 60 billion roubles. Another 20 more such schools have been selected, which will start operating in the new academic year. Thus, the entire system of advanced engineering schools will cover 50 universities in 23 Russian regions.

On 15 February Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, representatives of the Innopolis University and Vice-president of Rostelecom Company in development, the member of the University Expert Council Dariy Khalitov took part in a meeting held by Russian Minister of Science and Education Valeriy Falkov in Moscow, where universities-participants of the unique project of advanced engineering schools made reports for 2023.

On 15 February in the Government House of Tatarstan, the Major-General of Medical Corps Oleg Kalachev handed in medals “For Helping the battle” from the Russian Defense Ministry to the Head of the Initiative Group «The warmth near – to doctors of Tatarstan” Irina Gorbunova and the co-founder of the initiative  group  “From the heart for the Victory” Oleg Akimov, Oleg Akberov, Sergey Pogodin, Ramil Tutayev, Leyla Fazleeva and Rustem Khayrullin for their personal merits for providing medical help under the conditions of the special military operation and for achievements in medical services during defense operations. 

On February 15, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the 51st meeting of Tatarstan State Council held by Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin.

The agenda included 35 issues.

First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin congratulated on the Day of Remembrance of Russians who performed their official duties outside the Fatherland.

On February 10, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Marat Ayzatullin reported on the implementation of housing construction programmes and the provision of housing for certain categories of citizens.

On 8 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who came on a working trip to Nurlat region of the republic to take part in a resulting session dedicated to outcomes of 2023, got acquainted with work of a new water supply system of the water intake facility of the City of Nurlat built by the federal programme “Clear water” within the framework of the national project “Housing and City Environment”.
