On October 19, at their meeting on the sidelines of Digital Innopolis Days Forum, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to Russia Rodrigo Baena Soares, who came on a working trip to Kazan to participate in the Forum, discussed the cooperation under the BRICS, establishing connections between Innopolis University and Brazilian universities, the possibility of creating a joint laboratory on artificial intelligence and the use of technologies and developments of the Russian IT university in Brazil.
On October 19, on the sidelines of DID-2023 Forum, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, Head of Center for Sociological Research (Sociocenter) Andrey Keller and Head of the Advanced Engineering School of Innopolis University Iskander Bariev launched the cyberphysical laboratory «Innocyberpolygon», which was created on the basis of the Advanced Engineering School of the Russian IT University in partnership with 16 specialized companies for training and testing applications, finding errors and vulnerabilities in the source code, detecting computer attacks, investigating incidents and building layer protection.
On 18 October in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva had a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to Russia Rodrigo Baena Soares, who came on a working trip to Kazan.
Welcoming the guest, Leyla Fazleeva said that Tatarstan highly appreciates development of cooperation with the Federative Republic of Brazil within the framework of Russia-Brazil relations. “Your visit to our republic will become a new impetus in successful and longtime cooperation of our countries,” she said.
On 17 October, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Chairman of the Tatarstan Committee on Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites Ivan Guschin informed that about 4bn rubles has been allocated on restoration of more than 30 cultural heritage sites in the republic.
On October 16, the Russian Championship in sports programming among schoolchildren took place in Innopolis. The winners of the country’s first official competitions in sports programming became candidates for the Russian national team in this discipline. A total of 68 students from 14 Russian regions took part in the championship. Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, Deputy Executive Director of the All-Russian Federation of Sports Programming Emin Mintsayev and Director of Innopolis University Kirill Semenikhin congratulated students at the closing ceremony.
In her congratulatory address to Tatarstan residents on the occasion of the Father’s Day, the regional Deputy Prime Minister Leila Fazleeva wrote:

On 13 October, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by video conference with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and the First regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the regional First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Sector Aleksey Frolov reported that 2m 936 thousand square meters of housing, or 95 per cent of the yearly plant have been commissioned in the republic by 13 October 2023. He also informed that 144 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 1m 154 square meters have been commissioned which makes 81 per cent of the yearly plan. The social mortgage plan has been completed by 81 per cent and the individual construction yearly plan over fulfilled by 9 per cent, Aleksey Frolov said.
On 13 October the Russian Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Andrey Zarenin, who came on a visit to the City of Innopolis, accompanied by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov looked round the Popov Technical Park in the Special Economic Zone of Innopolis and got acquainted with solutions developed here.
On October 10, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan, Minister of Youth of the republic Rinat Sadykov said that this summer, about 148 thousand children from Tatarstan rested in children's recreation camps, which makes 91 per cent of the plan.
On 9 October , speaking at a meeting of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on approval of the Comprehensive Action Plan of the regional Government in implementation of the Address of the Rais of the republic to the Regional State Council for 2024 held with participation of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin and the Deputy Chairman of the regional State Council Marat Akhmetov, the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin said that the document under discussion is a “Master” plan for the next year in implementation of priority spheres of social and economic development of the republic stated by its Rais. “Actions of the plan are aimed at dynamic development of Tatarstan and are related not only to branches of economy and the social sphere, but the common political spheres, for example such as increasing the openness and involvement of citizens into governance, preservation of culture, languages and traditions of ethnicities of Tatarstan.”
