On 10 November at the Kazan Technical Park Idea, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced a new Head to the employees of the Tatarstan Venture Investment Fund.
The regional Prime Minister thanked Aynur Aydeldinov who was the Fund Director since 2007 for his substantial contribution into the social and economic development of the republic, for successful implementation of programmes of support provided to technological companies, innovational projects and youth entrepreneurship. Thus 365 projects which won the Idea-1000 programme brought the total revenues of more than 10bn rubles and created about 800 jobs.
In his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Fay of the Internal Affairs Officers of the Russian Federation, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said: “

On 9 November the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Dmitriy Krutoy accompanied by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov came to the City of Innopois where he visited several infrastructural facilities of the IT city and the Special Economic Zone of Innopolis, including the Center for Robotics and Mechatronics Components Technology, the Unmanned Technologies Center, the AI lab. Electronics and Micro-electronics Design Center and the Center for Support and Development, the objectives of which is to develop science-consuming robotic products and services for industrial partners and to implement new educational programmes.
On October 31, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, the Chief Department of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs in Tatarstan Anvar Zakirov said that during 10 months of the current year, Tatarstan court bailiffs recovered 13 billion 481 million roubles, which is 10 percent higher than during the same period last year.
On 31 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, accompanied by his Aid Daufit Khamadishin, the Head of the Russian Federal Prison Service’s branch in the republic Eduard Khialeev, Deputy Head of the regional Penitentiary Department Andrey Yakovenko and the head of the correctional facility №2 Marat Sayfutdinov, visited correctional facility №2 of the Russian Federal Prison Service’s branch in the republic, where he attended a number of units’ dorms and got acquainted with living conditions of prisoners.
On 30 October in her address on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repressions, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva said:
“Dear Tatarstan residents! October 30 is the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repressions. It is the Day of Atonement to memorize people and events of tragic years in the history of our country.
On October 24, Tatarstan delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Roman Shaykhutdinov arrived on a working visit in the Republic of Uzbekistan to establish cooperation in information and communication technologies.
On 23 October, speaking at a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax bodies of the republic which discussed implementation of the regional consolidated budget for 9 months of the current year and tasks for the remaining period of 2023, Tatarstan Minister of Finance Radik Gayzatullin reported about the implementation of the revenue side of the consolidated regional budget.
On October 23, speaking at a regional meeting held at the Government House of the republic in the videoconference mode headed by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of development of Tatarstan cities” Nailya Zinnatullina reported that since the beginning of 2023, under the “Our Yard” programme, as many as 7,144 applications were submitted from citizens, including 131 applications in the last two weeks.
On 23 October, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by video conference with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about the progress of the programmes of the capital overhaul of multi-apartment houses and social and cultural facilities in the republic.
