On November 5, during his working visit to Colombia, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov looked around a bus assembled in Colombia based on KAMAZ chassis. Tatarstan President  got into the driver's cabin, where Director General of KAMAZ Automobile Corporation Sergey Kogogin made a presentation for him and other Tatarstan delegates. 

On November 3 in the afternoon, upon his arrival on a two-day working visit (November 3-4, 2014) in Bogota, Colombia Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was met by Russia's Ambassador to Colombia Pavel Sergiev at the Bogota International Airport. On November 3, within the framework of his visit to Cuba, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment of Cuba Rodrigo Malmierca, Cuba’s First Deputy Minister of Tourism Alexis Trujillo Morejon and Cuba’s Minister of Trade Salvador Pardo Cruz.

On November 2, at the Revolution Palace of Havana, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Chairman of Council of Ministers of Cuba  Ricardo Cabrisas.

On November 1, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Board Chairman of Tatarstan Consumer’s Association Makhmut Fattakhov visited an agricultural fair organized at a wholesale and retail market in Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan, where farmers, farm enterprises, private farmsteads and Tatarstan Consumer’s Association displayed their products for sale.
