Today, on the Republic Day and the Day of the city, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov presented state awards named after Gabdulla Tukai to the winners of 2012. The solemn ceremony was traditionally held in the square in front of the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G.Kamal. It was also attended by State Councillor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Culture Minister Ayrat Sibagatullin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. This year the creative team of founders of the architectural complex of the mosque Kul Sharif got the main state award of Tatarstan in the context of Culture.
The Meeting on the cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Housing Development Foundation was held today by the President of the republic of tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of Housing Development Foundation Alexander Braverman. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Deputy General Directors of the Housing Development Foundation Alexey Fursin and Denis Filippov.

Today on Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky, which is a part of a group of «Ak Bars» holding companies , was laid the body of small missile ship of project 21631, which was called "Zeleny Dol" (this year Zelenodolsk celebrating its 80th anniversary).
The ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, deputy commander in Chief of the Navy of armament Rear Admiral Andrei Tkachev, Head of Department at the RF Ministry of Defence on implementation the Defense Procurement, Anton Sobolewski, chief of staff of the Caspian Fleet and Rear Admiral Vitaly Mikhailov and others.
Awarding of the winners of the annual competition of inspection the Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today in Kazan. On the square in front of RT State Council the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented keys to new cars to the heads of municipalities.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan assured that the building will not only be a great office, but also a place for meetings of national associations. The outstanding event - the grand opening of the new building of the House of Peoples' Friendship Tatarstan – took place in Kazan.
The traffic interchange on "Prospect Pobedy - R.Zorge st. " was opened today. Symbolic start to the movement gave The President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin presented state awards to representatives of RT Muslim clergy during his working trip to Tatarstan. Award ceremony took place on the territory of the Bulgarian State Historical and Architectural Museum. Waliullah Yakupov - the head of the educational department Spiritual Administration of Muslims - who was killed in an attack on July 19, 2011, awarded with the Order of Courage. Vladimir Putin gave an award to Waliullah Yakupov’s widow - Galina Aventeva.
President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has visited Bulgarian State Historical and Architectural Reserve museum during his working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan. Vladimir Putin inspected the project "Cultural heritage: the ancient city of Bolgar and Sviyazhsk-Island." The first object, which Russian President visited in Bulgarian Museum, was the memorial sign in honor to the official adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria in 922. Thшы facility put in commission on May 21, 2011.
