Today head of Mendeleevsk region of the Republic Tatarstan Tagir Kharmatullin vacated a seat of leader. A decision on early resignation was supported at the joint session of Council of Mendeleevsk municipal region and town Council of local self-government. RT Prime minister of Ildar Khalikov took part in the work of the session.

Today President of Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with pro-rector of Russian academy of national economy and state service under RF President Ivan Fedotov.
The meeting took place in the RT Government House in which took part also aide to RT President Anatoly Krasnov, RT minister of healthcare Airat Farrakhov, RT minister of economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov and others.

President of Tatrstan Rustam Minnikhanov has held today a regular board of directors session of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding at the RT House of Government.
Dmitry Konov, general director of OOO SIBUR (managing organization of holding), told about the prospects of SIBUR holding until 2030. Iran plans to use experience and scientific researches of Tatarstan in the field of oil recovery for assimilation of its local oil fields. Today, at the presence of President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and minister of oil of Islamic Republic of Tatarstan Rostam Gosemi signing of a Memorandum on mutual understanding between National Iran oil company and JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding providing cooperation in the field of assimilation of Zageh oil deposit took place.

A book about the father of the first President of Tatarstan Sharip Shaimukhammetovich Shaimiev has been presented today at a House of culture in a village Poiseevo, Aktanysh region. The book entitled «Sagynu» («We remember») consists of touching reminiscences of relatives, children, grandchildren, fellow villagers and colleagues of this talented and outstanding personality of his time. State Counselor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev took part in a ceremony.
