On June 12 President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in Tatar national holiday Sabantui in Alkeevsky municipal region. Celebrations took place at the square of regional centre Bazarnye Mataki. Guests saw improvised sites imitating way of life and traditions of Tatar, Russian and Chuvash villages. The event started from the show “Holiday of plough”. Head of Alkeevsky municipal region Ferdinat Davletshin and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov addressed guests with congratulations.

A solemn ceremony of laying foundation stone of Energy supply centre for Industrial park “Chistopol” has been held today. In the event took part First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov, Head of Chistopol region Ildus Akhmetzyanov, Chairman of Directors board of group of companies “Eastfield AS” Igor Ledetski. Ravil Muratov noted that very soon first residents would appear in Industrial park that would create new working places so important for citizens of one-company town. First Vice-premier wished success in realization of new project.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov told about purposes of creating RT Agency for investment development. Head of RT government said that it does not imply reorganization of structure but creation of new institution for which serious tasks are set. Ildar Khalikov reminded that the issue of creating such agency had been raised many times because “this function was not developed enough within the framework of republican government”. Also RT government discussed which ministry would become the basic for creation of Agency for investment development. The main principles of creating the approved scheme were the following: both large and small investors, Russian and foreign, are important for Tatarstan economy. So possibility to consolidate all information within the limits of one structure is essential.
