Creative activity of Atna drama theatre helps to preserve Tatar culture in Tatarstan. This has been stated today by RT President R.N. Minnikhanov during his speech at the festivity dedicated to foundation of Atna state drama theatre held in the House of culture in a Big Atna. Head of the republic watched also the first night of new theatre’s performance.
On April, 21 President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited JSC “TANECO” (Nizhnekamsk) and got acquainted with course of works at the site of oil-refining and petrochemical plants Complex. Firstly Rustam Minnikhanov viewed visbreaking unit. First deputy director-general of OOO “PSO Kazan” Mars Gazizullin told about current situation to President of Tatarstan. He also informed about state of affairs at installation for sulfur production.

Program of interaction between RT government and State Corporation “Rostechnologii” for solving tasks on modernization of region’s enterprises, support of elaboration, production and export of high-tech industrial products for 2011-2013 was signed in House of RT Government.
Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov met with Consul-general of Islamic Republic Iran in Kazan Rasul Bagernezhad Shayan in RT Cabinet. On behalf of Tatarstan government Ildar Khalikov congratulated Mr Rasul Shayan on appointment to the post of Consul-general of Iran in Kazan.“It is a very responsible post and many contacts established between Islamic Republic Iran and Tatarstan as one of Russia’s regions speak about it”, - RT Prime Minister said.
President of Austrian Republic Heinz Fischer and Austrian businessmen are going to visit Kazan in the end of May 2011. The visit to Kazan is planned within the official visit to Russian Federation. Preparation for the forthcoming event was discussed in House of RT government at the meeting of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Austria in Russia Margot Klestil-Loffler.

Solemn meeting dedicated to 20th anniversary of RT state employment service foundation took place in GTRK “Korston” in Kazan. RT Premier Ildar Khalikov took part in the event.RT Minister of labor, employment and social protection Airat Shafigullin thanked colleagues, partners and veterans of the sphere for their work. Ildar Khalikov noted that due to activity of employment service a great amount of Tatarstan citizens got a job and are now creating new republican economy.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov granted certificate for a flat to European weight lifting champion Andrei Demanov. Head of republic met with leading Kazan weightlifter in RT Cabinet. Trainer of sportsman, - Olympic champion Nikolai Kolesnikov, RT Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov and Head of Zelenodolsk municipal region Sergei Batin also attended the meeting.
Deputy Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Andrei Kondratiev informed at briefing in RT Cabinet that 121 stationary summer camps for children and juveniles will be functioning in Tatarstan in 2011. The briefing was held in format of videoconferencing with all municipal regions of republic and was dedicated to issues of organizing health-improving children recreation in summer period.
One of the world’s largest banks, Credit Suisse, could attract big investment projects in Tatarstan. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has today made the offer to Credit Suisse executives at a meeting at the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers. Attendees at the meeting were economy minister M. Shagiakhmetov and director of President of Tatarstan Department of External Relations and aide to President of Tatarstan on international affairs I. Muflikhanov.

Ratings of ecological-energy efficiency of Russian business including regional ratings of enterprises will be declared in Kazan within the limits of events dedicated to celebration of World environment day – Day of ecologist. Meeting of Federal service for supervision of natural resource usage will likewise be conducted in Tatarstan capital. Organizational issues of holding these major events were discussed at the meeting of RT PM I.Sh.Khalikov with Deputy Head of Federal service for supervision of natural resource usage S.A.Morgunov and Chairman of Public council under Federal service for supervision of natural resource usage A.F.Malyshevski.
