Czech Minister of industry and trade Martin Kotzourek viewed exhibition devoted to the most important economic and social projects of Tatarstan Republic. Martin Kotzourek heads representative delegation of Czech Republic which arrived in Kazan in order to take part in Tatarstan- Czech business forum (April,17-19, 2011). Exposition of RT economic and industrial potential was located on the first floor of GTRK “Korston”.Head of Czech Ministry of industry and trade was accompanied by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, RT Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov and others.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov offered Czech businessmen to create joint enterprises and organize their own production in Tatarstan. In the course of meeting with delegation of Czech businessmen headed by Minister of industry and trade of Czech Republic Martin Kotzourek which took place in House of RT government R.Minnikhanov told about necessity to develop economic cooperation between two industrial regions.

Tatarstan authorities are ready to offer the following conditions for new projects of multi-level parking in Kazan - full long-term discharge from some tax payments, free network connection, legislative stimulation of parking use by car owners. Measures on stimulating construction of such important objects were discussed at a meeting in RT Cabinet held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin detoured a number of sites where multi-level parking is to be constructed.

“Construction of junctions in Kazan should speed up and works at objects should be carried out round-the-clock”, - RT President Rustam Minnikhanov said while touring in Kazan. Together with Head of republic Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin viewed objects of road - transport infrastructure under construction. Head of Tatarstan was not fully satisfied with work pace at the objects. To speed up the construction process Rustam Minnikhanov gave assignment to organize round-the-clock works.

“Necessity of interference of RF Ministry of emergency situations into extinguishing forest fires will mean unreadiness of local authorities to prevent them”, - First deputy chairman of RF government Viktor Zubkov announced at the video conference meeting of executive power bodies of RF subjects on preparation for fire hazardous period in 2011. RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the meeting.

“Approaches used by Tatarstan Republic in realizing the strategy of education development “Kilechek” may be used in any Russian region”, - RF Minister of education and science Andrei Fursenko said at all-Russia meeting with heads of executive authorities executing management in the sphere of education. The event took place in Kazan city hall with participation of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. The key topic of discussion was initiative of RF Government to raise teacher salaries and modernization of system of general education.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov visited exhibition “Education. Career” that is being held on the territory of Exhibition Centre “Kazan Yarmarka”. Head of RT government viewed exposition that was organized in two exhibition halls. More than 130 participants – representatives of republican universities, technical schools, job centres, recruiting agencies and special publishing houses were presented at the exhibition.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with President of ZAO «United leasing company «Center Capital» Avanesyan Igor Grigorievich, president KB «Transstroibank» Chitipokhovyan Petr Steranovich, general director of hotel «Courtyard Marriot» McNeil Cameron. The meeting was held in House of RT government with participation of Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, Director of Department for external relations under RT President – Aide to RT President on foreign issues Iskander Muflikhanov.

From 12 air passes across state border functioning on the territory of Volga federal district the most intensively working are in Kazan, Samara, Ufa, Perm, and Orenburg. Such information was given by chief of Federal agency on arranging state border of the RF Dmitri Bezdelov at the meeting in Kazan. Interdepartmental regional meeting on condition and perspectives of developing system of air passes through state border of the Russian Federation functioning in the Volga federal district took place in House of RT government with participation of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

“Spiritual heritage of Tatarstan Muslims should be carefully preserved, studied and developed”, - RT President Rustam Minnikhanov declared at V special convention of Tatarstan Muslims. The event took place in G.Kamal theatre with participation of Chairman of Russian Council of muftis Ravil Gainutdin, Chief Advisor of RF President Administration Aleksei Grishin. The key topic of convention was elections of new Chairman of the Muslim Religious Board of Tatarstan Republic - mufti of RT. The post was vacant since January 2011 when former mufti Gusman hazrat Iskhakov tendered his resignation.
