The State symphonic orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan opened the event with “Ruslan and Lyudmila” opera overture (Mikhail Glinka).

On March 25, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Tatarstan Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Artem Sidorov reported that all environmental agencies, relevant ministries and departments, executive municipal committees will proceed to two-month sanitary and ecological campaign to clean up grounds from April 1 until the end of May.
On March 25, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov reported about results of Tatarstan President’s trip to Japan and DPRK. In particular, he said that Rustam Minnikhanov and executives of Shinyei Kaisha prospects of establishing the Russia's first training center for preventing emergency situations after a Japanese pattern in Tatarstan during their meeting in Japan.
