Official delegation of Bashkortostan Republic led by President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has arrived in Tatarstan Republic. Members of Bashkortostan delegation were met by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov, Director general of JSC “KAMAZ” Sergei Kogogin, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev and Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aidar Metshin.

“Tatarstan may learn a lot from Malaysia as one of the intensively developing states of Southeast Asia”, - President of Tatarstan said at a meeting with governor of Penang state Mr Tun Dato Seri Utama Abdul Rakhman Abbas. The meeting took place at the Kazan Kremlin.
Debriefing with participation of representatives of People’s Republic of China involved in preparation and holding summer Universiade - 2011 and Shenzhen will be held on October, 21-22 in Kazan. It will help specialists from Tatarstan to examine experience of colleagues, make use of methods and tools in terms of organization and holding World student sport games 2013 in Kazan.
“Federal Republic of Germany is one of the largest investors in Tatarstan economy”, - President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated at a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Federal Republic of Germany to Russian Federation Ulrich Brandenburg.
Laying of foundation stone of new building of Chemical institute named after Butlerov was held within the limits of International Butlerov congress on organic chemistry on September, 21. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Director of Kazan scientific centre of Russian academy of sciences Oleg Sinyashin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, rector of Kazan federal university Ilshat Gafurov and other officials attended an official ceremony.

The second international youth volunteer camp «Volunteers’ Academy» has opened on the territory of Universiade Village in Kazan. RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, First Vice-president of FISU Oleg Matytsyn, rector of Kazan federal university Ilshat Gafurov attended the opening ceremony.
RT Premier Ildar Khalikov has met with President of tae kwon do Federation of Russia Anatoly Terekhov in House of RT Government. Deputy minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Khalil Shaikhutdinov, Chief of department for health care, sport and healthy way of life at RT Cabinet Staff Boris Mendelevich attended the meeting.
Within the limits of program “backing costs for technological connection and energy supply” entrepreneurs of Tatarstan Republic can receive compensations of costs for technological connection. The program was launched in July 2011 and is being realized by RT Agency for investment development.
Industrial park with engineering centre “Karavaevo” is to be created in Kazan. The industrial park will be founded on the basis of Kazan research institute of aviation technology.
First All-Russia open auto all-round events for women have started in Kazan. RT Premier Ildar Khalikov and Chief of Directorate on ensuring traffic safety of RF Ministry of the interior Major general of police Viktor Nilov attended the opening ceremony.
