Document was signed in the course of meeting on issues of development of Kazan transport infrastructure during the process of preparing for the ХХVII World summer student games (Universiade) in 2013. Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the meeting. By his words Universiade 2013 may exceed winter Olympic Games - 2014in Sochi. He also reminded that student competitions in Tatarstan will be held a year before holding Olympic Games in Sochi. “We have to set an example and demonstrate our possibilities”, - Mintimer Shaimiev said.

A videoconference briefing was held in the RT Cabinet with participation of all municipal regions and broadcasted in Internet. The representatives of RT Ministry of ecology and nature resources and the City Mayor’s office answered journalist’s questions concerning development of Kazan infrastructure in a bank zone of the Kazanka river.

Decision was made in the course of visit of Tatarstan delegation headed by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov to Turkmenistan. We remind that Tatarstan delegation is being in 2-day business trip to Turkmenistan for taking part in a solemn opening of the first stage of sanatoria and health resorts at national tourist zone "Avaza".

Starting from May, 27 retail prices for petrol and diesel fuel in Tatarstan and other Russian regions have increased. It is determined by increase of prices for oil in the world and in Russia particularly. Such information was given by Head of management for ensuring rational use and quality of fuel and energy resources in Tatarstan Robert Gilyaziev.

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Republic of Korea to Russian Federation Mr Lee Kyu Hyung in House of Tatarstan government. RT Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov, State Counselor under RT President on international issues Timur Akulov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in the meeting.

New building of Federal treasury management in Tatarstan was opened in Kazan (Vishnevskogo, 31). Chairman of Russian Accounts chamber Sergey Stepashin, First Deputy Minister of finance of Russia Tatyana Nesterenko, Head of federal treasury Roman Artyukhin, Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov took part in solemn opening ceremony.

Head of Tatarstan government Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of JSC "IBM East Europe/Asia" Kirill Kornilev singed Protocol on intentions with regard to creation of the Development Center of IBM program decisions. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that republican government defined development of IT sector as the priority one. He considers that this sphere will be developing if provided with necessary infrastructure and staff.
