A joint session of Republican interdepartmental commission on interaction with federal state power bodies of Russian Federation on implementation of Tatarstan projects and programs and Coordination Council on implementation of Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of nanotechnologies and nanoindustry development between State corporation "Russian corporation of nanotechnologies" and Tatarstan on use of nanotechnologies in petrochemistry has been held in Kazan chaired by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov.

The session of Tatneft Board of Directors chaired by RT Prime minister R.N.Minnikhanov was held in RT Cabinet.The results of Tatneft’s budget implementation for January and February were considered, the budget for April and the second quarter of 2009 got approved.

Such information has been provided by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov in Sochi at a field session of the Physical Culture and Sport Council under Russian President. Head of Tatarstan government briefly informed the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on construction of objects for Universiade-2013. Later, he reminded that earlier RT President Mintimer Shaimiev had addressed Dmitry Medvedev on subject of holding the annual All-Russian sport forum. He suggested holding it in October, 2009 in Kazan.
The title has been conferred by RF government Decree №221 dated March, 10, 2009.Having considering proposals of Interdepartmental committee on awarding the prizes of Russian government in the sphere of science and technology, the Government of Russian Federation made a decision to award the prize of 2008 in the sphere of science and technology and confer a rank of “Laureate of Russian government prize - 2008 in science and technology” to Doctor of Economics, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Head of Tatarstan government held the 8th session of Economic council under RT Cabinet. RF Deputy Minister of industry and trade Stanislav Naumov took part in the event.
Stanislav Naumov told about measures taken by federal government on stabilization of the current situation under crisis conditions. He considers that the key issue is a demand for Russian-produced goods. “We have succeeded in keeping the parameters of defense order for companies. Moreover, the budgets of federal target programs have been maintained as well”, - he said.

Gennady Emelyanov was appointed to a post by RT President Order dated 17.03.2009.
Rustam Minnikhanov stated that a road service always remained a priority branch for the republican economy and many tasks were set before the road workers.

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov said at a ceremony of signing the agreement with representatives of local self-government bodies that Kazan experience in holding vacancies fair may be used in other city districts and municipal regions. He also informed about visiting a fair of vacancies organized by RT Ministry of labour, employment and social care in Kazan Palace of culture “Khimikov”.

Rustam Minnikhanov informed at a session of Federal labour and employment service collegium that Tatarstan is considering the possibility to send applications to Russian government for additional financial support to retrain the unemployed. The collegium was devoted to the work of department in 2008 and discussion of tasks 2009.
